      I had the pleasure to dine on this at the Hard Rock Café Orlando and it was FANTASTIC!! I can`t wait to make it myself.

      Ooh la la! I found this recipe on Recipe Lion, and I wish I doubled the recipe. There wasn't quite as much as I would have liked. I skipped the bell pepper, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley and it still turned out fantastic. I love how quickly you can whip this up--no baking required--but it tastes like you went the extra mile. MMMM! Thank you for posting this great recipe!

      I made this recipe for the first time awhile ago, and just love it. We have it every few weeks. The only real change I made was to remove the parsley, but that is just because I love my boyfriend and don't want to kill him :) Also, I use soymilk instead of real milk, but that is because it is lower in calories than low fat milk, but has the creaminess of whole milk.

      Great recipe :) I skipped the Velveeta the second time I made this and used a jar of Alfredo - fantastic! Much closer to the real deal. Thank you for posting!
