This is a great little mix. It is much cheaper than commerical mixes, and lower fat as well. It's great for kids to make, take, and eat.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups frosted mini-wheats cereal
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 12 cup M&M's plain chocolate candy
  • 12 cup sunflower seeds, shelled or
  • 12 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 12 cup dried fruit
  • 12 teaspoon salt


  1. Dump all but the salt in a gallon-sized ziploc bag.
  2. Shake to mix.
  3. Sprinkle in salt; shake.
  4. For variety, use different dried fruits, or different kinds of shelled nuts.
  5. Substitue other kinds of cereal for the frosted mini-wheats.
  6. Experiment!
