Hannah's Scrambled Egg Surprise

One of my best friends made this up when we were 13. It tastes much better than you might think.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 14 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite kind)
  • 12 unsweetened oat cereal (cheerio's work well)
  • butter


  1. Melt a small amount of (about 2 tsp) butter in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Add beaten eggs.
  3. Prepare as you would for scrambled eggs.
  4. Just before eggs are fully cooked, add the cereal and cheese all at once.
  5. Serve as soon as cheese has melted.
