I got this from a magazine--just not sure which one. My baby girl's very favorite thing to have for breakfast.
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine, softened
- 3⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 4 English muffins, split
- In a small bowl, add butter and mustard; stir to combine.
- Add bacon and stir to combine.
- Toast the English muffins.
- Spread bacon-butter mixture onto toasted muffins.
