Cinnamon & Blueberry Pound Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Grease tin.
  3. Set blueberries aside in a bowl/cup and leave to soak in lemon juice.
  4. in a small bowl, thoroughly mix together flour salt and cinnamon.
  5. in a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  6. beat in eggs and milk.
  7. slowly stir in flour mixture and add blueberries (not lemon juice).
  8. Pour batter mix into tin ensuring all blueberries are covered.
  9. bake for 35-45 minutes *un-interrupted*
  10. enjoy!
