- 5-6 pork chops, boiled 20 minutes,remove bones
- 2 package bean sprouts, soak for 1 hour and squeeze out water,tear apart (ALSO KNOWN AS CELLOPHANE NOODLES)
- 1 package fresh shiitake mushroom (any mushroom works)
- 2 bunch green onions
- 1 head bok choy
- 1 can water chestnut
- 2 eggs
- 14.79 ml Accent seasoning
- 14.79 ml oyster sauce
- 29.58 ml soy sauce (OR MORE)
- 2 package egg roll wraps
directions
- CHOP ONIONS, BOK CHOY, MEAT, CHESTNUTS& MUSHROOMS IN FOOD PROCESSOR.
- MIX WITH REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
- YOU MAY ADD A DASH OF CHINESE 5 SPICE POWDER IF YOU LIKE IT.
- FILL EGG ROLL WRAPPERS& DEEP FRY ‘TIL GOLDEN BROWN AT ABOUT 350 DEGREES.
- IF YOU FRY IT TOO HOT, THE OUTSIDE GETS DONE TOO FAST.
- FRY AS YOU ROLL.
- IF YOU ROLL TOO MANY BEFORE FRYING, THEY WILL STICK TO YOUR SURFACE AND TEAR APART!
- ENJOY WITH EITHER CHINESE HOT MUSTARD OR SWEET& SOUR SAUCE.

We live in Nebraska and both enjoy cooking (and eating...) We work at a nearby nursing home. Hank is the maintenance supervisor and I am the office manager. I play the piano and give lessons to local children. Hank has just started taking pilots lessons. He's been skydiving a couple of times, and went bungee jumping.
