Love this smoothie whenever last night was a little too much fun and I'm paying for it in the morning.
- 2 cups strawberries, shucked and chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen yogurt (vanilla or strawberry)
- 6 ice cubes
- 1 banana (optional)
- Toss everything in a blender and blend.
- Drink and Enjoy!
