Takes only a little time to serve a fabulous soup tonight!
- 2 1⁄2 cups chicken broth
- 1⁄2 lb fresh crabmeat
- 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- white pepper
- Heat the chicken broth; add crabmeat and simmer for 7-8 minutes.
- Add bread crumbs to thicken soup.
- Pour in cream, heat and season to taste.
- Garnish with a little parsley.
Very tasty soup. I added cooked potatoes and corn to make it go farther;. Excellent results.
