Here's a quick breakfast idea for busy mornings. (found on greatist.com)
- 1 (8 inch) whole-wheat tortillas
- 2 slices Canadian bacon
- 1⁄2 medium apple, cut into slices
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- Top an 8-inch whole-wheat tortilla with 2 slices Canadian bacon, 1/2 sliced apple, and cheddar cheese.
- Roll up and microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute, or until cheese is melted.
