Absolutely the best burger ever! Moist and delicious,add a bit of salt and pepper for bringing out the flavor of the beef and this is delicious!

I have been making my hamburgers this way for years and everyone loves them this way. I also like to add about a tablespoon of horseradish to my burgers to perk them up a bit.
If you chill the raw burgers for 1/2 an hour they will firm up for easier grilling.
I never thought of adding water to ground meat before but this truly made for an excellent moist burger. I added seasonings suggested on another recipe and it was devoured by my teenager boys.
This makes for a VERY juicy burger. I can't believe that the water makes such a difference, but it really does.
