- 1 lb hamburger
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup beef bouillon
- SAUTE First 5 ingredients.
- COMBINE mayonnaise, sour cream, beef bouillon& stir into meat mixture.
- COOK over low heat 10-15 minutes SERVE over zucchini noodles.
This is my wife's favorite low carb dish, by far. It's delicious and economocal. I've made it several times and recommend that you simmer the first 5 ingredients and add the sour cream mixture at the very end and just heat through.
This had great flavor, but was WAY too salty for my family's tastes. I didn't season the zucchini noodles at all and it was still VERY salty. I will make it again, but next time I might omit the mayo and double the sour cream.
I'm on a low carb diet but my husband is not. He absolutely LOVED this dish even on top of zucchini noodles which neither one of us has ever heard of before we came across this recipe. This is definitely one of our favorites=)
