  1. quick n easy winter warmer, I didn't use butter or cream, just an optional tablespoon natural yoghurt per serving ;o)

  2. quite tastey, DH liked it a lot. I just made half a recipe for the two of us and cut back on the sour cream. I used no fat sour cream and did not use the butter; used a teaspoon of olive oil instead. I would probably make it again, it was good over mashed potatoes with carrots on the side.

  3. This is like hamburger helper without all the additives & crap. Which means we loved it, lol. I skipped the butter because beef has enough fat of its own to cook in. Fast, easy, very kid friendly & yummy. We all loved this - thank you! Made for PAC Spring '07.

I live in sunny south Fla. except during hurricane season. I like to cook, but am trying to watch my weight. I like to ride motorcycles especially when the weather gets cooler. I am an animal lover, my 4 dogs and 1 cat can attest to that.
