Grandma Parish's recipe. One of our favorites - we love it served over mashed potatoes. Super easy and freezes great!

This recipe was simple and delicous! I made with cream of mushroom because that is how I grew up eating it! Will have to try with cream of chicken!

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown. Add mushrooms, flour, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in soup. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Add sour cream, mix well and heat through. Serve over mashed potatoes, pasta or rice.
