A quick, filling meal. The recipe amounts are at best guestimations. I used 3 packages of the dried gravy, 1 large onion, a couple of good handfuls of the carrots, about 4 small stalks of celery, 1 can of crushed tomatoes. Just guessing on the yeild, but it is at least 6 hearty servings.

  1. Brown hamburger with chopped onion till done in dutch oven. Drain very well (I run them under hot water in the sink). Add brown gravey packets, tomatoes, and 1 tomato can's worth of water. Stir well over medium heat. Add chopped carrots and celery, along with worchestershire sauce and thyme. Cook until carrots are tender, about a half hour. Add peas, stirring till they are heated through.
