  1. Cook the celery and onion in oil.
  2. Form meatballs with the hamburger and cook 2 minutes in the microwave on high.
  3. Turn the meatballs and cook another 2 minutes.
  4. Add the carrots, potatoes and the can of tomatoes.
  5. Cook for two hours on high in slow cooker.
