This is so tasty and easy to make. Just throw everything in the slow cooker and leave it all day.

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef, onions and garlic until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a 5-qt. slow cooker. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours or until heated through.

I found the soup to be very good, but my husband felt it was missing salt, perhaps?

My husband wasn't a fan but I thought it was good. I added some frozen mixed vegetables and reduced the water by 1 cup to make it a little hardier. Thanks for sharing a good recipe.
