These were easy to make buns. We felt them to be a little too dense for hot dogs, and would be better suited for larger sausuages or bratwurst or as hamburger buns. I made as directed in our kitchenAid using all AP flour. The flavor was very tasty. Thank you for posting. ~Buddha
Easy, pretty and delicious! I did use my bread maker to do the kneading part, I put it on dough cycle and after that was completed, I punched the dough down, flattened it a bit, then cut the buns out with a glass dipped in flour, let rise again and baked. They turned out great! I got 23 rolls out of the recipe. Thanks so much for sharing it!
