Love this recipe! I've made is several times, and my hubby and all 3 of my girls (1, 3, & 6) love it too!

This was a good basic recipe. When I make it again, I'll add in some more spices and maybe hot sauce to give it a little zip.

This is certainly a meal in itself. Instead of red kidney beans I used black beans because I realized I didn't have any kidney beans just as I was putting the dish together! It still turned out delicious and will taste even better tomorrow!

This is simple to make and quick enough to even do after a long day at work. The flavours are simple and blend together well. I added a couple of dashes of tabasco to give it a little kick, a little sugar and used frsh basil instead of dried as I prefer it. Thanks for sharing.
