This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. My grandma came up with it years ago, and we have been eating it ever since. I think that if you warm up the cream of chicken and vegetable soup together before cooking, you will get good results. Hope you enjoy this awesome family tradition.

Directions

  1. Brown hamburger and onion.
  2. Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
  3. Add 2/3 cup water to soups and mix together.
  4. Combine all ingredients in 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour.

This is souper easy to put together. We will difinitely be making this again, but I will be adding some seasoning, as written it was a little bland. Still love the simplicity of this recipe though. Thanks for sharing!

This is so good! It's very mild and not spicy at all and I think it would be a great kid friendly meal as well. We really enjoyed it! I only used a half pound of hamburger as a personal choice and my soup cans said they had 10 3/4 ounces in them, so not wanting to make the dish too soupy since it called for 8 ounce cans I used about 3/4 each of them. Will definitely make this easy dish again. Thanks for posting your recipe! Made for PAC Fall 08.
