This recipe has been a family favorite for as long as I can remember. My grandma came up with it years ago, and we have been eating it ever since. I think that if you warm up the cream of chicken and vegetable soup together before cooking, you will get good results. Hope you enjoy this awesome family tradition.
- Brown hamburger and onion.
- Peel and slice potatoes thinly.
- Add 2/3 cup water to soups and mix together.
- Combine all ingredients in 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degreesfor 1 hour.
This is souper easy to put together. We will difinitely be making this again, but I will be adding some seasoning, as written it was a little bland. Still love the simplicity of this recipe though. Thanks for sharing!
This is so good! It's very mild and not spicy at all and I think it would be a great kid friendly meal as well. We really enjoyed it! I only used a half pound of hamburger as a personal choice and my soup cans said they had 10 3/4 ounces in them, so not wanting to make the dish too soupy since it called for 8 ounce cans I used about 3/4 each of them.
