This was me and my dads favorite. We had it when Mom was not home. Just pick your veg. and eat. Fast and Easy. Kids do not forget the ketchup.

  1. Cook and crumble hamburger.
  2. Drain any fat.
  3. Put back in the pan.
  4. Add potatoes.
  5. Add onions and seasonings.
  6. You may have to add a bit of water.
  7. Cook on low till the potatoes are tender.

Thank you, Braunda. This is very good. I made it lastnight and it was so easy to make. I did put mine in a tortilla with cheese and sour cream and it was delicious. BH ate his by itself and loved it. Thanks again for a wonderful recipe.

Very good! A fast and easy supper! I melted 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese on top. We had it with cornbread and green beans. A good ole southern feast. Good recipe Braunda! Thanks! :-)

This recipe was perfect for something to make after a long day and not really wanting to cook. The only change I made was to use beef broth instead of water, and it turned out wonderful. Thank you for a easy and quick dish that tastes great without all of the fuss. :)
