Tweaks

  1. 2lb of ground beef, 1 minced sweet onion, 3 tsp. of McCormick Hamburger Seasoning. When fully cooked I put the beef mixture in a large bowl and added milk, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, 1 tsp parsley flakes, 4-6 cups mozzerella cheese, 1.5-3 cups parmeasan cheese. Additions to the 4 cups of cooked rice were adding 6 tsp. of minced garlic after being boiled. I cut out 4 bell peppers and disposed of seeds and membrane. Mixed cooked rice and beef mixture in a large bowl. Placed stuffing in bell peppers. Preheated oven to 350F and placed my stuffed peppers in bowl. Placed the rest of the mixture around the bell peppers until dish is half full. Covered dish for 30 min. with aluminum foil and uncovered dish for another 30 min. or until peppers were cooked.
