ok, I thought...well, it will be fine for a quick use of what's in pantry but it was really really good!!! I added a splash of sherry and 3 heaping tbs of sour cream instead of milk and everyone loved it!!

Easy, tasty, inexpensive, and QUICK! When I read this recipe this morning, I remembered I had a 1lb. package of hamburger that needed to be cooked immediately(seems I had several items like this as the T'day sneaked up on me)! I immediately jumped up browned the burger meat, dumped in the soup and milk, and finely chopped a green onion for flavor(added to the browning meat). Breakfast was ready in 5 mins! I served this over biscuits, with a side of fresh fruit. I added NO salt. The scallion did add just that extra touch of flavor I thought this recipe might need. Thanks for a keeper.

No flavor. Needs herbs, onions, celery, or something. Ideas?

Tasty, simple to make, and delicious. I used two cups of leftover cooked rice, added 1 teaspoon of beef soup base mix (for color) and omitted the salt. Thanks for yet another 'keeper' from zaar.

This was good for a quick meal. I used leftover rice which worked out fine. It was pretty pale looking so I added some Kitchen Bouquet to give a brownish color to the mushroom sauce. I think this would be good with mashed potatoes also. Thanks for posting a nice recipe :)
