- 40 vanilla wafers
- 20 thin mint cookies
- 1⁄2 cup green icing

- 1⁄2 cup yellow icing
- Place icing into cake decorating tubes for easy use.
- Squeeze a little green, red and yello icing around edges of thin mint cookie.

Great recipe! I used this for a Girl Scout party. We used the Thin Mints and added sesame seeds. I also made these little Dessert Fries to go along with them. It was fun and the girls loved them. Thanks :)
I knew someone who made these, she used thin mints (not cookies) and brushed honey on the top & dipped them in sesame seeds to make them look like sesame seed buns. These are really cute and perfect for kids parties and fundraisers.
