Fun recipe for kids to make.

  • 40 vanilla wafers
  • 20 thin mint cookies
  • 12 cup green icing
  • 12 cup red icing
  • 12 cup yellow icing

  1. Place icing into cake decorating tubes for easy use.

  3. Put one vanilla wafer on top and one on bottom of the thin mint cookie so icing hangs out on edges.

Great recipe! I used this for a Girl Scout party. We used the Thin Mints and added sesame seeds. I also made these little Recipe #329372 to go along with them. It was fun and the girls loved them. Thanks :)

I knew someone who made these, she used thin mints (not cookies) and brushed honey on the top & dipped them in sesame seeds to make them look like sesame seed buns. These are really cute and perfect for kids parties and fundraisers.
