      Very Tasty and Easy!!!!! Perfect dish for a busy day, as it is very quick to make. I added about 3 tablespoons of Italian Seasonings for added flavor and it was perfect. Thanks for posting!!!!

      This was a great base recipe, all of the family really liked it, even my picky 10 yr old son :) I made a couple changes, just personal preferences. I added a good dose of Italian seasoning, Emeril seasoning, and used both fresh garlic and garlic powder. and skipped the corn I put all of the spices in with the meat and onions, placed it all in a bowl when it was done cooking, and used the same pot to boil the noodles. I cooked the noodles until tender, drained the water out, then -re-added the meat mixture back into the pot and cooked it for another few minutes, giving the flavors time to "meld" together. I added in all of the cheese, mixed it around, and cooked for anther few minutes and served it right up! So the entire dish was made on the stove top, I skipped the oven all together.

      I agree with the above posts. But I feel this is a great casserole "base" that you have to add your own spices to. I added a lot of chili powder, italian seasoning, and salt. If you follow the recipe verbatim, it tastes like canned tomatoes, corn, and pasta; that's NOT bad, just tweak it with your favorite seasoning and this is a GREAT dish that even my picky eaters loved.       This casserole was simple and easy but unlike many casseroles that are simple, the ingredients combine very well for a flavorful dish. I made two changes to the recipe adding two minced cloves of garlic rather than garlic salt and 2 teaspoons of Spike (mixture of herbs and spices). The dish had a beautiful reddish color with the noodles and ground beef poking through the orange cheddar cheese. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

      I love this easy dish, and so does all my family! I did add to the top a mix of cheese biscuits! Bisquick, chredded cheddar cheese and a little milk, basically Paula Deens reciepe, maybe just a little wetter, and baked it! Really added something special! Definitely my go to comfort dish!

      Great weeknight/family meal!!! I added a packet of good seasons italian dressing mix to the meat, some basil and garlic powder. Next time I'll use mozzarella instead of cheddar just because I think it's more of an italian dish. I'd love to further spice it up, but I want my kids to eat it and they loved it! Thanks, it's a keeper! Oh... also, I used Amy's creamy tomato soup which is a 14oz can and it worked great!

      This was great! After cooking the meat, I realized I didn't have a can of tomato soup in the pantry. (How did THAT happen?) So I had to improvise and use some tomato sauce and milk. Like others, I also added some spices and garlic. Thanks for posting, Virginia!

      We found this to be surprisingly good. I did make a few changes after reading some of the reviews--I omitted corn just because my husband turned his nose up when I told him it was in it. I added lots of Italian Seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili powder to the meat mixture ( I couldn't tell you how much other than a lot since I just added and tasted as I went). I also used a can of Tomato Bisque soup instead of regular tomato just for a little added flavor. Sprinkled with Parmesan cheese before I put it in the casserole dish, then topped with Italian blend of white cheeses. YUMMY! I will be making this again! Thanks for the recipe

      This was very good. I used 3 cloves of minced garlic and a jalapeno diced and cooked it with the onions. I also added some red pepper flakes along with about 3 Tbls. italian herbs, basil and oregano mixed. When I mixed everything together I added about 1/2 cup of sour cream for creaminess and put it in the oven. DH that it was the best. Thank you for a great recipe.

      This was a great dinner. For once, we actually were out of tomato soup, so I pureed some diced tomatoes and used them instead. After reading through the reviews, I added a great deal of diced garlic and sauteed it along side the beef and onions. Thanks for posting.

      Had this yesterday for supper. Was delicious. Thanks for posting Virginia. After reading the reviews I chose to add in some italian seasonings and some basil and extra garlic. I only had regular can corn not white but I don't think that really mattered. I loved making it because it was so quick to put together and throw in the oven. I used bow ties as the pasta and the diced tomatoes as that is what I had on hand. In all it was a casserole I will make again. Great reheated I had it for lunch today too. Thanks again

      This was good. Very similar to a dish I make that I call goulash. (probably not the right name but that's what my mom always called it) The only real difference was the cheese. I will probably make this again.

      I'm updating my rating on this one...last time I guess I didn't like it much, but this time I thought it was amazing. Very delish and I had 2nds and didn't want the dh to take the rest to work the next morning!!!! I used seashell pasta (the big ones) and then added parmesan-reggiano to the top. Spectacular. Thanks so much!
