Made this recipe as given & with 3 different fillings ~ One was with just some semisweet chocolate, another with orange marmalade & chocolate together, & the last 1/3 with raspberry jam! All equally tasty, I thought! Then I set aside 6 of each to keep here & enjoy, while letting my other half take them to a weekly meeting he attends! Another time I might just do some with a date or raisin filling as well! Thanks for sharing the recipe! [Made & reviewed in healthy Choices ABC tag]

Boy were these easy to make! I used broken up bits of semi-sweet Lindt chocolate, and well, lets just say, I'm glad no one else is home today to smell these because they're pretty much all gone! It was so easy if you make these once you'll pretty much have the recipe memorized. Thank you for sharing this recipe! You've got very lucky kids!

here is my beef with this recipe. i refrigerated the dough and took it out the next day. i rolled it out. it was extremely difficult to roll out. had to use your entire weight to roll out. no joke. i used a variety of fillings. nutella, nutella with choc chips, choc chips alone, and strawberry jam. most of them didnt stay sealed. i sealed them well and they opened up. so i took a dab of water and tried to seal them using a bit of water on all the edges. they still opened up. they look like...well you know. they taste ok but dont think i would use this recipe again. too difficult to work with, didnt come our right.

Very easy recipe! My friends RAVED over these! This is the very first time I've made Hamantaschen. Tip of the day (for me): when pinching the edges closed, make sure they are really closed! Otherwise, you end up with hamantaschen that resembles the Rolling Stones' big tongued logo!

These were great! The frozen dough was easy to slice and fun to work with. We did the usual fillings and even tried a few new ones like pumpkin pie filling - make the recipe on the can but with less condensed milk as it will be too runny for the shape of the taschen. Thanks!
