This is Day 12: Dinner, on the 21 Day Wonder Diet.

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. Place bread on oven trays; spread with paste. Divide ham, tomato and onion between bread; top with dollops of cheese.
  3. Bake about 10 minutes. Serve sprinkled evenly with rocket and basil.
