  • Pre-heat oven to 200 C/400°F.
  • Mix flour, salt and butter until crumbly
  • Add water and mix until dough is formed.
  • Roll out dough until 1 cm thick.
  • Place pastry in quiche mould and prick base.
  • Chop ham and tomatos and arange in pastry case.
  • Mix beaten eggs and milk together.
  • Pour the mixture inside the quiche
  • Sprinkle on grated cheese to taste.
  • Bake in oven for 20-30 mins until golden brown.
