Ham Steak Glaze

- 1⁄4 cup finely packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sherry wine
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
directions
- 1. Whisk all ingredients in a small bowl.
- 2. Place ham on a baking sheet and spread top with 1/2 the glaze.
- 3. Broil 4" from heat for 5 minutes.
- 4. Flip ham and brush other side with remaining glaze and broil for another 5 minutes or until done.
