  • 1 lb boneless ham steak, fully cooked
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can green beans, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 egg
  • 13 cup milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Prepare cornbread mixture according to package directions.
  3. Put into pan or muffin tins and put into oven to bake (set timer to check after 15 minutes).
  4. Add can of green beans and cream of mushroom soup to medium size saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring every so often.
  5. Heat a oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Add ham steaks to skillet and cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side (should be slighlty browned and heated through).
  7. Once cornbread is ready and green beans and ham steaks are heated through, Serve and Enjoy!
