I made this tonight to serve over some leftover plain salad that I had. It was a bit salty but I cant blame the ham. (I used some for a different recipe before this one!) I would probably say to decrease the celery salt a wee bit! Thanks though for a super easy recipe thats very forgiving. :)
This was a very quick and easy recipe - my favorite kind! I reduced this down but used more cheese than was called for - I ended up with 8 oz ham, 4 oz cheddar, about 1/2 cup mayo and half the celery salt (other spices the full amt). The last time I made a ham salad, I did not rinse the ham and so it was terribly salty - I made sure not to make that same mistake this time. This was very tasty! Thanks for the recipe Miss Diggy!
