Ham Salad

"I found a three-pack of large cans of ham in my pantry, which I'm guessing I purchased while in the throes of a BJ's buying spree (if you've ever shopped at BJ's, I'm sure you know where I'm coming from). Anyway, while I was in college, I had this thing for ham salad sandwiches, but I haven't had one in years. So, can of ham in hand, I set about trying to recreate those tasty sasndwiches. Here's what I came up with. Measurements are approximate for now, as I was pretty much winging it this time around."

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl. (I used a potato masher to grind up the ham to the desired consistency.).
  • Slap as much of the mixture as you like between two slices of bread and enjoy!

  1. This was good although I found it quite salty with the addition of the worchestershire sauce. I added some cream cheese and it seemed to counter-act that. Thanks for a fun new sandwich topping! Made for PAC Spring '10
