This is the best ham salad I've ever had. I left out the pimentos, and used bread & butter pickles, as that was what I had on hand, but this will be a permanent addition to our menu. The dry mustard makes all the difference.
- 1 lb fully cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1⁄2 cup sweet gherkin, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped pimiento
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
