This is my favorite ham salad. Note: For pickle relish you can use sweet or dill. I prefer dill.

Directions

  1. Chop ham. I use food processor.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.

This was a great ham salad. I had some leftover ham in the freezer that I wanted to use up. I used a grainy dijon mustard which gave it a nice kick. Thanks kfcook.
