  • Lay the ham out on a large cutting board, single layer. Pat dry w/paper towel.
  • Spread about a tablespoon cream cheese on each slice.
  • Place a thin slice of green onion (only the green part) on each slice of ham.
  • Roll up jelly roll style. Cut into 1 inch pieces. Refridgerate overnight. Insert toothpick in each.
