Ham Roll up Appetizers

  • Let tortillas stand at room temp while preparing filling.
  • Combine cream cheese and mayo until creamy add olives, ham and onions mix evenly.
  • Spread a thin layer on top of each tortilla.
  • Tightly roll up each tortilla.
  • Wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  • To serve, cut into 3/4-inch diagonal slices.

  1. These were easy to make and tasted pretty good. I think I will add a little something extra next time as they were a little bland.
     
  2. These were very good. I took them to a party and everybody loved them. Good recipe Shawn. I was too lazy to chop the ham so I got deli slices and just laid them on the tortilla. Yummy
     
  3. I make these for family gatherings and never have any leftovers, ever! I don't mix the veggies with the cream cheese. I sprinkle everthing on top so there is some in every bite. I added green peppers, cheese, and lettuce.
     
  4. I was asked to make an assortment of roll ups for an event. I chose this recipe because I thought that the simple ingredients would be liked by all. However, it seemed to be missing something. Seasonings, more onions, peppers, or other flavor additions would make this a better roll up.
