Sometimes I make these just so the kids have something to snack on. I usually use the reduced fat cream cheese and reduced fat mayo.

  1. Let tortillas stand at room temp while preparing filling.
  2. Combine cream cheese and mayo until creamy add olives, ham and onions mix evenly.
  3. Spread a thin layer on top of each tortilla.
  4. Tightly roll up each tortilla.
  5. Wrap individually in foil or plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
  7. To serve, cut into 3/4-inch diagonal slices.

These were easy to make and tasted pretty good. I think I will add a little something extra next time as they were a little bland.

These were very good. I took them to a party and everybody loved them. Good recipe Shawn. I was too lazy to chop the ham so I got deli slices and just laid them on the tortilla. Yummy

I make these for family gatherings and never have any leftovers, ever! I don't mix the veggies with the cream cheese. I sprinkle everthing on top so there is some in every bite. I added green peppers, cheese, and lettuce.
