Excellent! I made just a few minor changes...didn't use celery (had none), added a bit of garlic, and put a tsp or so of chicken "Better than Boullion" in the sauce. Sauce seemed to need a bit more milk to thin it out a little, but that could've been my lack of using exact measurements (hey, I'm Italian!) Perfecto! Thanks for sharing, BrinaBear! It's a winner and I'll be making it again, also trying as a side dish without ham.
