Ham Omelette Bake

"This is a wonderful one dish way to make omelettes for company. Just throw it in a casserole and pop it in the oven, it was a big hit for a brunch I made recently. Yummy!"

• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 10 eggs
• 226.79 g diced ham or 226.79 g ham, cubes
• 118.29 ml evaporated milk
• 4.92 ml salt
• 4.92 ml pepper
• 118.29 ml shredded mild cheddar cheese (more if you'd like...depending upon your personal taste)

directions

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Spray bottom and sides of 1 quart casserole generously with butter flavored non stick cooking spray.
3. Beat eggs together in large bowl with evaporated milk, salt and pepper.
4. Pour into casserole dish.
5. Add ham cubes distributing evenly.
6. sprinkle with cheese.
7. Bake at 350 in center rack for 30 minutes or until middle is no longer jiggly.
8. Serve with home fries or your other favorite breakfast side items and enjoy!
