Simple and Sooooo good. Serve with maple syrup.

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine flour and baking powder.
  2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened.
  3. Fold in ham.
  4. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle.
  5. Flip when edges begin to brown and cook flipside until golden brown.
  6. Serve with maple syrup.

AWESOME pancakes. Used diced leftover ham which was perfect. The REAL maple syrup on top is a must!!!! Made for Photo Challenge: Breakfast Anytime.

I made these for brunch yesterday and they turned out well. I used deli sliced ham that I diced. I made these earlier in the day and reheated for brunch. They turned out great and were easy to make. Thanks for the recipe.

I had left over ham from the holidays and decided to try this one. I did make two changes but nothing real important. separated the eggs and beat the egg whites till stiff before adding and replace half of the milk with Club Soda - I always do this as we like fluffy pancakes. Loved the combination of flavors with the ham and maple syrup -
