  1. Hmm...not trying to be mean at all when I say this. I'm very disappointed with the way my ham came out tonight. In fact, I'd like to throw it all in the garbage and a little upset I wasted such a fine piece of meat. I searched so hard for the perfect recipe, and come to find out....this was not it! Although, I truly love all the ingredients in it. The one thing I noticed is how extremely salty the flavor was. The next thing I noticed, is that the ingredients did not flow together. Ham is already very salty, so my fault for adding more salt to it(like in the soy sauce) If you are an avid salt lover, maybe the soy sauce would be for you. Even so, it was not a nice flavor with the ingredients used. I would not recommend this recipe, although my boyfriend says he loved it.

  2. Perfect flavor- the herb additions give just the right compliment.

I am a married mother of two. Both children are pretty picky, as well as my husband, so I have a hard time finding recipes everyone will enjoy. Also, I have food allergies to the legume family (peanuts and soy being the worst), so I find I have to change recipes sometimes. I have just recently discovered that I really enjoy cooking and am very happy to try most recipes.
