This is a very tasty filling breakfast that kids love.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) package refrigerated biscuits
  • 14 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 cup ham, chopped
  • 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 12 cup milk
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Unroll rolls & place in a 9x13 pan.
  2. Press 1/2 inch up sides of pan to form a crust.
  3. Press together all perforations.
  4. Bake at 375* for 5 minutes; set aside.
  5. Saute onions in butter over medium heat.
  6. Add ham.
  7. Spread over dough & sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Mix together eggs, milk, salt & pepper.
  9. Pour over cheese.
  10. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
