Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Casserole

Not sure where my Mom got this recipe but we make every year for Christmas. Every year for Christmas we make this along with monkey bread. Wouldn't be Christmas without it. I always bake at 350 degrees and bake monkey bread at the same time.

• Total Time: 25 hrs
• Prep Time: 24 hrs
• Cook Time: 1 hrs

Ingredients:

Yield: 1 9x13 pan

• 6 slices bread
• 1 lb ham (diced)
• 1/2 lb cheese (shredded)
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup oleo

Directions:

1. Beat eggs, salt, mustard, and milk together.
2. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, breakup the bread into pieces. Cover with the diced ham and shredded cheese. Pour egg mixture over ingredients. Melt butter and pour over all other ingredients. Cover and let mixture set over night in the refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
