  • 297.66 g can reduced-fat cream of celery soup
  • 591.47 ml skim milk
  • 236.59 ml cooked sweet potato, diced
  • 473.18 ml corn
  • 236.59 ml cooked ham, diced
  • salt and pepper

  • Stir together soup and milk until blended.
  • Add sweet potato, corn and ham. Heat through but do not boil.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
