I liked this bread, but I don't really think it is anything like what other reviewers said it was. Mine was a bit dry...I know it's bread so it's not exactly supposed to be wet, but I would have liked a little more moisture. This would make good biscuits too. Thanks for posting Nimz. Made for the week 1 Football Pool, 2008.

I had leftover ham and needed a quick recipe to put it in. I came across this and thought it sounded like a good idea. I didnt have biscuit mix on hand, so I used the substitute [when I clicked on the ingredient, they information listed gave a good substitution]. It was really good; we all enjoyed it.

Nimrod another wonderful recipe! I used honey ham instead of smoked and cheddar cheese. This went together so easily and quickly! We had this for a quick snack on the weekend and this would be great for anytime of the day!

Yummy! I made this for breakfast and served with fresh fruit and scrambled eggs. The bread is tender and thin, almost like a thick pancake full of ham and cheese. The kids enjoyed it and I think it would make a wonderful on the go breakfast, too. Used Bisquick Clone Bisquick Clone and plain nonfat yogurt instead of sour cream cause I was out. Goes together in a flash. Thanks, NimrodCook, for a delicious treat!

Made this today, it was good. I used swiss cheese and next time I could see putting bell peppers in to make it like a denver. I put it in my 9" cast iron to bake it. Kinda like an omlet and bread all in one. thank you for posting.

Being in Australia, this was something very unusual for me to make but it actually ended up quite alot like our ham and cheese scones. I used Bisquick Clone Bisquick Clone, scaled down to 2 cups. My 4 year old and 18 month old gobbled it up. Thanks for a great recipe.
