Again another recipe I had to take with me when I moved away from home. Mom sure knew what we liked. This makes more servings than stated.

  1. Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors.
  4. Serve with assorted crackers.
  5. ****When chilled, you can shape into a ball, then roll in chopped walnuts to give an elegant appearance if serving to guests.
  6. Place on lettuce leaves or garnish with parsley sprigs.

This was good. I however used an 8 ounce package of cream cheese instead of 1 ounce. Flavors went well together though.
