Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Sort beans for debris and wash.
  2. Put beans in a large pot and add water.
  3. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and cover. Let set for one hour.
  5. Add to the pot the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.
  6. Return to heat and bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer at least one hour, or until beans are soft.
