This was good, but it needs some clarification. First, it doesn't stae that you need to use NO salt ham. Mine was VERY salty. Second, the instructions state to add the first 4 ingredients. Maybe you are supposed to put the brown sugar in with the meat,but I would think it would be the sauce. I put it in the sauce and that was very good. I do not think I will make these again though, unless it is a special occasion as it seemed to be a lot of work (mainly because I had to grind my own ham).
