      This has to be the best dish to make with left over ham! It is sooooo good! We make it all the time!

      I made this last night to use up leftovers from Easter - ham and asparagus. It was wonderful! I quickly put it together while I was home on my lunch break using whole wheat english muffins. I also substituted fat free yogurt for the sour cream and I used dried minced onions because of the small amount needed. I halved the recipe for my family of three and used a 1.75 quart baking dish. It did take the entire 65 minutes to cook. Thanks for the post; will make again!
