A quick as a wink open faced sandwich, yes some of us still do eat Deviled Ham!
- 8 slices bread, of choice
- 4 1⁄2 ounces canned deviled ham
- 8 -16 slices deli turkey
- 8 slices American cheese
- Toast bread lightly on 1 side under broiler.
- Turn and spread untoasted side with deviled ham, cover with 1 or 2 pieces of deli turkey meat, top with one slice of american cheese slice.
- Broil until cheese is delicately browned and bubbly.
