Yummy little appetizer bites that are low carb friendly. Prep time does not include chill time.
- 1 cup sour cream or 1 cup light sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) cansliced water chestnuts, diced (optional)
- 1⁄2 lb thinly sliced deli ham
- Stir together sour cream, parmesan (fresh is best), spinach and water chestnuts.
- Spread over each ham slice, roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap before chilling.
- Slice just before serving.
- Can be served with or without crackers.
